We will be running an early bird special this year – book before 30th April 2019 to receive 10% off**

There are a number of regulations governing Trade Stand Sites:


hopeshow-bullet01.gif Applicants must adhere to the size of site ordered, failure to do so will result in additional fees and an administration fee of £50 

hopeshow-bullet01.gif Sites cannot be sub let

hopeshow-bullet01.gif Hot Food/Fast Food & Beverages may not be sold from Trade Stands at the show without prior consent from Hope Show

hopeshow-bullet01.gif Electricity is not available

hopeshow-bullet01.gif In the event of any dispute, the society reserves the right not to offer a site in the future

hopeshow-bullet01.gif Rubbish must be cleared by the site holder prior to leaving the Showground

hopeshow-bullet01.gif All documents must be completed and returned to the Field Secretary by 1st August 2019. Should we receive no reply by this closing date your site may be allocated to another applicant

hopeshow-bullet01.gif Payments are non-returnable

hopeshow-bullet01.gif Applications will not be accepted without the appropriate documentation.

1. All forms must be completed, signed and returned before 30th April 2019
2. All payments to be received in full by 30th April 2019


PLEASE NOTE BEFORE SUBMITTING A TRADE STAND ENQUIRY: We will not accept bookings or enquiries for food/catering.  If you are would like to submit a tender for catering/food at the show, please click here.
